Donation Refunds
All donations made to Kids Closet Project — whether one-time or recurring — are considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you made a donation in error or the amount was incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Refunds for donation errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 10 business days to process if approved.
