Eligibility for Support

At Kids Closet Project, we’re committed to making sure every student has access to the essentials they need to feel confident, cared for, and ready to learn. Below are our current eligibility guidelines for accessing our resources.

Who Can Request Support:
  • Teachers or school staff serving students in need (especially Title I schools)

  • School social workers, counselors, or administrators who work directly with underserved students

  • Nonprofit organizations working with students facing economic hardship

  • Parents/guardians may be referred by a verified school professional

What We Provide:
  • Clothing items (seasonal and basic essentials)

  • Hygiene kits

  • Teacher Tote Kits (classroom-ready care packages)

  • Emergency closet support for schools

What You’ll Need:
  • A brief explanation of the student or class need

  • School or organization contact information

  • Your role (e.g., teacher, counselor, etc.)

  • School ID or letter on school letterhead for first-time requests

Processing Time:

Requests are typically reviewed within 5–7 business days. We’ll reach out if we need more information or to confirm delivery/pick-up details.
