We’re Building Our First Teacher Tote Kits!

8/5/25, 6:50 PM

We’re packing our very first Teacher Tote Kits—filled with essentials to help students in need right inside the classroom.

The buzz is real—our first round of Teacher Tote Kits is officially in the works!

These totes are the heart of what we do. Each one is filled with emergency essentials like socks, underwear, clean t-shirts, leggings, and travel-size hygiene items. They’re designed to be kept right in the classroom so that when a student has an unexpected need, teachers can help them immediately—quietly and with dignity.

“This is what I needed when I was a kid,” says founder Shay Slaughter. “And it’s what so many teachers are still piecing together on their own. We want to take that pressure off of them, and make sure no kid goes through their school day feeling uncomfortable or ashamed.”

Each tote is customized for the school and grade levels it serves—what a kindergartner needs looks a little different than what a middle schooler might need. We’re working closely with local educators to build kits that are practical, inclusive, and actually used.

We’re currently gathering donations and packing materials—and we’d love your help! You can:

Shop our Amazon Wishlist

Donate supplies or funds

Volunteer to help us assemble the kits

Together, we’re building more than tote bags—we’re building comfort, confidence, and a little more kindness into every classroom.
